Morocco Shock Portugal To Reach Semi-Final

Morocco has reached the World Cup semi-final after a 1-0 win against Portugal.

Cristiano Ronaldo's last World Cup finished in a fiasco, and Portugal returns home. One more enormous shock in a competition that has been brimming with them.

Morocco will play Britain and France's champ later this evening.
Portugal controlled the rhythm for most of the game but didn't do how much they would have preferred with the ball when they had it.

This game and the Spain game have made it plentifully understood, Morocco is not doing this because of the lock. They are a strategically very much penetrated side, with the capacity to guard and endure a serious measure of strain without yielding a lot of possibilities.

Youssef En-Nesyri opened the scoring in the main half for Morocco in the 42nd moment and stunned the world in doing as such.

Portugal had possibilities, the best perhaps Pepe's header in the 97th moment which he pointed wide.

Morocco shielded well in a low block for the game and gave no indications that the outcome will be a once-off.

A notable game about Africa, and a noteworthy game concerning the World Cup.
